Glucosamine has been tested in clinical trials and found to assist in the management of osteoarthritis.  Bio-Organics Glucosamine Sulfate Complex 1000 may help reduce joint inflammation and increase mobility and flexibility associated with osteoarthritis. Glucosamine can help maintain cartilage health while temporarily relieving arthritic pain. This formulation is boosted with BioActive Plus™. Glucosamine is one of the building blocks of healthy cartilage. It’s used by the body to give cartilage strength, which is important to allow full normal joint mobility.

Recommended Dosage

Recommended Adult Dosage: Take two capsules a day with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Glucosamine Sulfate-Potassium Chloride Complex 1000mg (providing Glucosamine Sulfate 750mg),
BioActive Plus™ ingredients for this product consist of: Boron (from Boric acid) 1.5mg, Manganese (from sulfate monohydrate) 1mg, Selenium (from selenomethionine) 13mcg.

Cautions

If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Glucosamine sulfate is derived from seafood including shellfish. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. The daily dose of this product contains 259mg potassium (less than an average banana). If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if cap seals are missing or broken.
